Welcome to Fold Belt Farms. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.foldbeltfarms.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products through the Site, including topical hemp/CBD products, edible hemp/CBD products, apparel, and event tickets (collectively, "Products"). By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase, or attempt to purchase, any topical, edible, or smokeable hemp/CBD product from this Site. By placing an order for these products, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess these products in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request age verification at any point and to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the purchaser does not meet this age requirement. Apparel and event ticket purchases are not subject to this age restriction unless otherwise noted at checkout.

2. Product Information and FDA Disclaimer

Our topical and edible products contain hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD) and/or other hemp-derived cannabinoids. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as, and should not be relied upon as, medical advice.

Consult your physician before using any hemp/CBD product, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. All Products are derived from industrial hemp grown and processed in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable Washington State law. Our topical and edible products contain 0.0mg THC, formulated using broad-spectrum or THC-free hemp extract and do not contain detectable hemp derived THC or synthetic THC. Results and effects of Products may vary by individual.

3. Lawful Use and Shipping Restrictions

It is the customer's sole responsibility to determine whether purchase, possession, and use of hemp/CBD products is legal in their state, territory, or country prior to placing an order. Hemp and CBD laws vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change. Fold Belt Farms is based in Washington State and formulates its topical and edible Products to contain 0.0mg THC, and our Products are federally and state compliant; however, other states and countries may impose different or stricter restrictions on hemp-derived products, and it remains your responsibility to confirm legality in your own jurisdiction before ordering.

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipment of certain Products to certain states or jurisdictions where such products may be restricted or prohibited. If we are unable to ship your order due to jurisdictional restrictions, we will notify you and issue a refund for the affected item(s).

By placing an order, you certify that the shipping address provided is a jurisdiction where receipt of the ordered Products is lawful.

4. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or failure to meet age/eligibility requirements.

  • Prices for Products are subject to change without notice. All product prices shown on our website are tax-inclusive, applicable sales tax is already included in the listed price, so the price you see is the price you pay.

  • Payment must be received in full prior to order fulfillment.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

Someone 21 years of age or older must be available to receive delivery of age-restricted Products where required by our shipping carrier or applicable law.

 

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return Policy (above). By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.

Event tickets are refundable with 7 days prior notice to event date, except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

 

7. Product Use and Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that use of hemp/CBD Products is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for reading product labels, ingredient lists, and usage instructions prior to use, and for determining whether a Product is appropriate for you, including any allergies, sensitivities, medications, or interactions.

If you are subject to drug testing (for employment, athletics, or otherwise), you acknowledge that hemp/CBD Products may contain trace amounts of THC and could potentially result in a positive drug test. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from drug testing.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Fold Belt Farms or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Site content without our prior written consent.

 

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to purchase Products while underage or through a false representation of age

  • Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site

  • Resell Products purchased through the Site without our express written consent

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fold Belt Farms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Products, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fold Belt Farms, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of any Product.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in state or federal courts.
