First-Time Customer Guarantee
If you are a first-time customer and are not satisfied for any reason, you may return one product within 30 days of your order date for a full refund or exchange, even if the product has been opened or used.

Standard Return Policy
For all other return requests, we only accept returns on:

Unopened and unused products, in their original packaging.

Defective or damaged items (e.g., product arrived leaking, broken seal, etc.).
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we are unable to process return requests.
How to Return a Product

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: All product prices shown on our website are tax-inclusive. This means sales tax is already included in the final price—what you see is what you pay.
